Step right up, ladies and gentlemen: Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour has introduced a new carnival-themed cocktail menu filled with new drinks. The sixth edition of the bar's Book o' Cocktails launched a year-long residency on May 21.

Bitter & Twisted's Book o' Cocktails has been nationally recognized as one of the best cocktail menus in the world by the Tales of The Cocktail Awards.

Head proprietor Ross Simon, a two-year Tales of the Cocktail nominee and Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame recipient, brings more than 60 cocktails to life in the illustrated 18-page book with artwork from Matt Andrews.

What's new to the menu

There are chapters within the book meant to entice connoisseurs and novice cocktail drinkers to explore a variety of drinks.

Chapters include Let's Get Cookin', a list of ten new cocktails made with a plethora of house-made ingredients; No Thank You I'm Drinking Non-Alcoholic, a section for guests who want a refreshing drink without the alcohol; and Friends With Benefits, featuring new concoctions from bartenders around the world.
